POLICY

  • Our unlimited vacation company policy allows employees to take as much leave as they need. Employees need time to rest and enjoy themselves outside work. Putting a cap on this important time doesn’t help our effort to achieve high levels of employee satisfaction and productivity. This policy is based on mutual trust between employer and employee. It gives employees opportunities to work or take time off as they see fit, as long as they keep fulfilling their duties.

  • PTO Eligibility All regular, salaried full-time employees are eligible to participate in SWATCHROOM’s PTO policy. Employees should review their offer letter or talk to their supervisor if they are unsure about whether they are a regular full-time employee. Eligible newly hired employees should wait at least thirty (30) days from their start date before taking any paid time off. PTO will always be paid at an employee’s regular rate of pay. Hourly employees and interns are eligible to participate in the Paid Time Off policy, however, their leave will be unpaid. Only salaried, full time employees will receive Paid Time Off.
